1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup stone ground cornmeal1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats2 Tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamonpinch ground nutmeg1 3/4 cups fat free milk4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted1/4 cup honey3 large eggs
Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, melt the butter. Whisk honey into melted butter. Add milk and eggs to butter mixture and whisk until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring just until combined. Ladel 2 Tbsp of batter onto a hot griddle.
