low fat, low sugar tropical muffins

Ingredients
3 cups fat free buttermilk baking mix1/4 cup sugar + 1/2 cup spenda granulated2/3 cup fat free yogurt1 egg white1 whole egg1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup low fat coconut milk2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp almond extract1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup blue berries1/2 cup mango1 ripe bannana
Directions
mix all dry ingredients together, mix all wet ingredients together and add to dry. stir together till just mixed, add all the fruit and fold to combine.
spray cooking pray into 18 muffin tin or use cupcake papers. use a 1/3 cup measure to fill each muffin
bake at 400F for 13-18 minutes or till golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. cool on rack.
