Steamed red potatoes and smoked sausage

Ingredients
5 med red potatoes1 med to large onion1 16oz pack smoked pork sausage1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup water1 teaspoon tony chachere'sfrying pan with tight fitting lid for steam
Directions
slice sausage, potatoes and onions

put olive oil in pan

add sausage, potatoes and onions

sprinkle with tony's

add water

place lid on pan and cook about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
