Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken

Ingredients
2lbs chicken breast, boneless skinless2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 Cup water1 (8oz) package light cream cheese1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix1 15oz can sliced mushrooms16 oz egg noodles, cooked
Directions
Place chicken breast, dry italian mix, and 1 cup of water in the crockpot. Heat on low for 6 hours. After 6 hours, mix cream of chicken soup and cream cheese together until smooth, stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken, stir. Cook an additional hour.

Shred the chicken w/ two forks before serving. Serve over cooked noodles.
