1 lb Ground Turkey1 lg Egg1/2 cooked rice1 cup chopped fresh onion1 cup chopped fresh mushroom1 small dill pickle finely chopped1/2 cup Healthy Choice Pasta sauce
Mix all ingredients together and press into an 8X4 pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until the edges are starting to brown well.
