Ingredients:*Flatout Wraps light (Italian Herb carbdown) (1 flatout), 1 serving*Pesto Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Garlic, 1 clove (sliced or minced)Basil, 3 leaves (diced)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz (sliced or shredded)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/4 cup, slicedArtichokes, 1/8 cupCooked Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (thin sliced)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Flat Out wrap on Pizza stone. Lightly brush pesto onto to Flat Out, if you use too much the middle will get soggy. Layer chicken, sliced tomatoes, artichokes (slices or pressed) garlic on to pizza. Then cover pizza with Mozzarella. Place in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and the ends of wrap are crisp. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh basil, slice and serve.
