2 cups Meijer natural quick oats1 cup oat groats1 cup cashews1 cup raw almonds1/2 cup craisins2 TBS ground flax seed1 TBS cinnamon1/4 CUP honey1/2 CUP agave nectar - I used amber
chop the nuts and dried fruit, add them to all the other dry ingredients,mix the agave and the honey well and then poor on the dry ingredients. stir well and spread out on an oiled cookie sheet. Cook at 325 for 15 min. Take out and flip and cook an additional 10 min. it will seem soft when you take it out, don't let that make you think you need to cook it more. Then let cool down, then you can put in container and store in fridge.
