High Protein Waffles

1 cup cottage cheese undrained (I used 4% for the calculations in this recipe.)6 large eggs1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil (I used canola.)1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup all purpose white flour1/4 tsp salt
Put all ingredients in a blender (liquid first then dry). Blend until smooth. Makes waffles on medium high or slightly lower. These waffle take a little longer to get browned. Just keep an eye on them. After you make one or two you will have the feel for them. I used a round shaped Oster waffle maker and 1/2 cup of batter for each waffle.
Serving Size: Makes approx 6 1/2-cup waffles.
