Ham and Cheese Omelet (1 egg)

Ingredients
1 fresh egg1 tbls green pepper1 tbls onion1/2 oz. colby cheese1.5 oz. diced ham
Directions
whip egg then cook in nonstick pan on low until egg is set. Saute onion and green pepper seperate. once egg is set add onion diced ham, and chopped up cheese.

Serving Size: makes 1 omlet
