2 sausage patties1/4 c canolia oil1/2 c self-rising flour3 c 2% milk3 c watersalt & pepper to taste
fry sausage patties, then chop up in ssaute pan,
add oil and flour and make rue, bring it to dark brown but be careful about burning it...
pour water and milk together pour into saute pan while stiring constantly....reduce heat to med and let thicken..
