Low Sodium & Cholesterol Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 Large Chicken fillets2 cups frozen mixed vegetables4 large egg whites2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce1 teaspoon garlic1 boil in bag brown rice
Directions
Bake chicken fillets the 375 dregrees preheated oven for 1 hour. Then I cut up the chicken fillets. I defrosted the mixed vegetables. Than I scramble the egg whites. Boil the rice like bag says. I mix the ingredients in the pan with egg whites. Add the soy sauce and garlic.
