Salmon Potato Cakes

Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 1.33 cup Milk, 2%, 1 cup Dill weed, dried, 2 tsp Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp chopped *Ians Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.5 cup *Trader Joe's Light Sour Cream, 8 tbsp *FISH salmon farm raised, 14 oz
Make instant potatoes, using milk. Microwave skinless salmon for 3-4 minutes until flaky. Break up salmon with fork, combine with potatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Form patties and cook on each side over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Serve on a bed of greens with honey mustard dressing.
