4 tbsp flour2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder5 1/2 tbsp sugar2 tsp espresso powder1/4 tsp baking powder1 egg3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk1 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Mix all ingredients into an over sized mug. You can also split batter into two mugs to make two servings.
2. Cook in microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes. If making two cups, cook each separately for about 1 min 10 seconds. Top with whipped cream and drizzle melted chocolate sauce (not included in nutritional info).
