Rhonda's Shepard Pie

Ingredients
Filling 1 1/2 lb. Ground Sirloin1 Can Corn1 Can Peas & Carrots1 Can Green Beans1 Medium Onion1 Can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup1/2 Tiger Sauce1/4 Ground Dried MustardCrust8 potatoes4 Tablespoons Butter1/2 Milk1 cup Shredded Cheese
Directions
Filling -- Brown Beef and Onions. Add all vegetables and tomato soup. Add a little water (about 1/2 cup or so) so consistency is not so thick. Add Tiger Sauce, Dried Ground Mustard and Salt and Pepper to taste.

Crust -- Mashed Potatoes -- Peel, quarter and boil potatoes. Mix in butter and milk. Mash until creamy.

Pour Filling into large oblong baking pan. Layer mashed potates on top. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
