Black Bean and Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 Onions, diced1 tsp cumin1 tsp black pepper1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp paprika4 cloves garlic, fresh pressed or minced8 cups vegetable bouillon2 cups red lentils, washed4 cups black beans, partially mashed3 limes (to taste)
Directions
Dice 2 onions, simmer until translucent.
Add 1 tsp cumin, black pepper, chili powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika
Add 4 cloves fresh pressed or minced garlic
Add 8 cups vegetable bouillon, bring to boil.
Add 2 cups washed red lentils, cook until tender, about 20 minutes
Add 4 cups of partially mashed black beans.
Garnish with lime juice.

Serving Size: Makes 20 cups
