Crock Pot Chicken and Cabbage

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs64oz chicken broth (two 32oz boxes or cans)5 small red potatoes1 medium head of cabbage4 large carrots2 medium onions1/2 tsp black pepper1tsp poultry seasoning1tsp Adobo1tsp garlic powder3tbs dried parsley flakes1 packet Swanson Flavor Boost (chicken) - optionaldash salt
Directions
Trim excess fat/skin from boneless skinless chicken thighs, and cut into cubes. Peel and slice carrots, dice onions, and chop cabbage. Add to 5qt crock pot, then pour in chicken broth (I prefer to use the lower sodium broth, but choice is up to you.) Add in seasonings, simmer in crock pot 4-6 hours
