Buffalo & Turkey Burger Patties

Ingredients
1 20 oz package of lean (7%) ground turkey1 16 oz package of lean ground buffalo1 large egg2 oz bread crumbs1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
Directions
combine all ingredients together and mix well. Form 10 to 11 4 oz patties and grill in pan or on barbeque. Serve alone or with hamburger buns and enjoy!

Makes 10 to 11 3oz (cooked weight) patties

Tip: The teriyaki sauce keeps them moist!
