2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup sliced green onion1/2 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp dried oregano1 1/2 tsp minced garlic1 package frozen broccoli1/3 cup diced ham1 package (2 oz) sliced almonds1 cup instant brown rice1 cup milk1 cup chicken broth1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Add each ingredient, up to almonds, to slow cooker in order listed. Cook on low for seven hours.
Add milk, broth, rice and cheese. Stir well. Cook on high 30 minutes.
