Ingredients
2 TBS rye flour2 TBS flax meal1 tsp carraway seeds1 egg2 TBS olive oil (or coconut oil)1 tsp baking powder (optional)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Pour the mix into a wide, shallow microwave-safe bowl. (You want a bowl that will yield a 'hamburger-size' roll.)
3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
