Cole Slaw, Homemade low fat

Ingredients
1 Lg head green cabbage 3 Med. carrots1.5 C Hellmann's Low Fat mayonnaise1/2 C chopped valdalia onionsalt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Clean and cut cabbage then shred in food processor, add cleaned carrots to food processor. Place in large bowl, add 1/2 C chopped onion. Mix in 1 1/2C Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes ten, 1/2 C servings
