4 baked potaeoes3 tbsp fat free ranch3 tbsp reduced fat sour cream1 tbsp bacon bits1 cup light cheddar cheese (divided)1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
scoop potato from shell. mash. add remaining ingredients (leaving 3/4cup of cheese for top) mix well. fill potato skins with mixture, top with remaining cheese and bake in oven for 10 minutes
