Vayia's Baby banana bread

Ingredients
2 cups self - rising flour125grams softened butter3 ripe organic bananas1 ripe organic apple2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extracta pinch of cinnamon1 tsp margarine for buttering the pan1 tsp flour for the pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
1. Add vanilla and cinnamon to the flour and mix together.
2. Rub softened butter into the flour mixture until well combined and mixture looks like gold bread crumbs.
3. Blend whisked eggs into flour and butter mixture.
4. Blend bananas and apples into semi - smooth mixture.
5. Add fruit mix to batter until well combined.
6. Use margarine to butter pan. Sprinkle flour over buttered pan and tap all around the outside while turning your pan until flour sticks to butter all around.
7. Pour batter into pan and distribute evenly.
8. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 - 40 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
