Shrimp pattie

Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 1 lb (Peeled and deveined and chopped)1 egg1/4 cup bread crumbs1/3 cup Fat free Mayonnaise1 TBSP chives2 TBSP Olive oil1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except oil.Make into patties. Set in Fridge to set for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook 4 minutes each side.
