Put the following into a bread machine:1 1/3 c. warm milk5 Tbs butter2 eggs2 2/3 T. sugar2 1/2 tsp salt2 c. bread flour1 c. whole wheat flour1/3 c. old fashioned oatmeal1/4 c. steel cut oats1 T. flax5 T. wheat germ2 1/2 tsp. rapid rise yeast1 T. glutenAfter first rise (about 50 min), let machine beat down the dough. Then take out and put on a floured cookie sheet. Let rise about 20 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
