Lo-cal Banana Cream Pie

2 pkg. Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Pudding mix3 3/4 cup 1% milk2 medium bananas, sliced1 9" graham cracker pie crust1 cup heavy whipping cream2 tbsp Splenda1 tsp vanilla extract
Stir pudding mix into milk in a saucepan (non-stick works best). Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in banana slices.
Pour into pie crust (and a bowl -- there will be extra)
Cool in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (the pie will continue to set)
In clean small metal bowl, pour whipping cream.
Begin beating with electric mixer on medium speed.
Sift in Splenda, continuing to beat.
Pour in vanilla extract and continue to beat.
Beat mixture until stiff peaks form.
"Frost" cooled pie
