Pita Bread

Ingredients
water, 1 1/2 cupsOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp *Flour, white, 2 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Yeast, bakers, .33 ounce
Directions
Make your dough as you normally would, letting it rise until doubled. Punch down and divide into 10 pieces and roll into balls. Roll out each ball into a 6 inch disk. Let rise 20 mins. Prehat oven to 500F and bake for 8-10 mins

    This is very good but the size surprised me after looking at the recipe photo. I didn't quite get 6 inch round pitas but came fairly close. Good taste, nice and bready! - 9/12/16
