Pepperoni Portobello Pizza

Ingredients
5 inch portobello mushroom1/2 T olive oil1 T jarred pizza sauce2oz sliced turkey pepperonigreen pepper slices1/4 c shredded italian four-cheese blend
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees
After cleaning mushrooms, brush with olive oil
Place on large nonstick baking sheet, hollow side up. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Blot excess moisture from cavity with paper towel.
Season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 T pizza sauce in cavity of each mushroom.
Place turkey pepperoni, slice green peppers on each mushroom. Top with 1/4 c shredded cheese blend.
Return to oven and bake until cheese is bubbly, about 10 min.
Serve hot.
