Ingredients
Chicken, extra lean ground 550 gramsCarrots, raw, 1 medium - shreddedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) dicedCelery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) dicedBeef - extra lean ground - 200 gramstomatoes - canned - no salt added, 7 cups (2 - 28oz cans)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 234 grams, shreddedBlack Diamond cheddar thin slices, 3 serving pasta - lasagne noodle - no name 12 noodlesGarlic, 4 cloves, mincedItalian Sausage, pork, 1 link, 4/lb, chopped fine
Directions
Cook meat together, add rest of ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer for a few minutes. Layer sauce, cheese and noodles, starting with sauce and ending with cheese slices on top
