Veggie beef soup

Ingredients
150 grams ground beef (ground chicken or turkey is good too)1 cup each chopped mushrooms, onions, carrots, green beans2 cups chopped cabbage400 grams tomatoes3 teaspoons chicken consomme 4 cups water
Directions
Saute beef and then rinse with water in strainer to remove extra fat. Stir fry all veggies except cabbage in a little olive oil. Then add beef, tomatoes, and water. Cook 10-15 minutes. Add cabbage and cook another ten minutes. Season to taste.
Of course, you can add any vegetables that are in season.
