butternut dill soup

Ingredients
1 large butternut squash cooked in 4 cups water1 clover garlic1 tbsp dill weed5 tbsp sour cream1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 slice fresh ginger
Directions
cook squash in water until soft and add watter and squash in blender, slice fresh ginger and garlic clove, add dill, salt, pepper and sour cream, blend in blender until smooth and serve immediately
