Better Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 stick butter, softened2 large eggs2 - 3 ripe bananas1 cup vanilla flavored yogurt2/3 cup sugar1.5 cup all purpose flour.5 cup whole wheat flour.5 tsp baking soda.25 tsp baking powder.5 tsp cinnamon.5 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1 large loaf - approximate 12 servings

Preheat oven to 350

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Stir in very soft butter, eggs, yogurt and sugar.

In separate bowl, blend flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until blended. Fold chopped pecans into batter

Pour into loaf pan greased with Pam spray. Bake for 50 minutues, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serve warm. After loaf has cooled it may be wrapped and frozen.
