Jess's Tuscan Sauce

Directions
Chop 1 oz prosciotto and 2 cloves of garlic then Saute. Add 1/4 tsp fresh sage and cook one minute longer. Add 2 Tbsp balsomic vinegar while continuing to stir. Then stir in 1/2 cup whipping cream (can subsitute low or non-fat cream...it will be healthier, yes not as thick). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 1-2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup shopped tomatoes and sprinkle with basil (sprinkling with parmesan is optional).
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings.
