3 T Miracle Whip Light 3 T plain non-fat Greek yogurt1/4 c lemon juice1/4 c Dijon mustard5 t dried dill (or suit to taste)ground black pepper (to taste)2 boneless pork chops (I used center-cut)
In a small bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, dill, and pepper. Place the pork chops in a dish suitable for marinating. Pour half to three-quarters of the mixture over the pork chops and let marinate for several hours, keeping the remaining marinade for later. Once the pork chops have suitable marinated, place the chops on the grill and discard the excess marinade. Grill the pork chops for approximately 10 minutes per side, brushing with the leftover lemon dill marinade.
