Fish Tortillas

Ingredients
500g white fish fillets, such as ling, cut into cubesjuice of 1 limeTabasco Sauce (optional)8 Tortillas1 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded2-3 Tomatoes, sliced1/2 red onion, finely sliced1/2 cup of coriander leaves
Directions
1. Combine fish and lime juice in a bowl. Add tabasco to taste. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on high.
Cook fish for 3-5 mins until opaque and just cooked.

2. Meanwhile, warm Tortillas according to packet instructions.

3. To serve, place fish and remaining ingredients in small bowls and let people fill their own tortillas.
