Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Turkey, Peppers, Garlic and Onion

Ingredients
1 can spaghetti sauce10 oz. 93% lean ground turkey1 bell pepper1 medium onion2 cloves garlic
Directions
Cook ground turkey in skillet, drain and set aside.
Chop and saute vegetables.
Add cooked ground turkey and spaghetti sauce to skillet - simmer 10 mins.



Serving Size: Makes 5 servings - volume depends on how long you cook it and whether you add extra water
