Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 lb wihpped unsalted butter (buy reg. unsalted butter and whip it with 1/2c milk - much less expensive!)4c. flour1c. sugar1c. crushed potato chips1tsp vanilla(1 c chopped pecans - optional, not incl. in nutritional info)
Directions
Mix all ingredients.

Shape into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

Dip the bottom of a glass in white sugar and press each ball flat.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 min. I accidentally let one batch turn VERY dark brown, and I think those are even better. So, there's room for experimentation, lol!
