Eggless Egg Salad

Ingredients
Salt used is as follows:1 lb firm tofu1 tsp McKay's Chicken seasoning (vegan equivalent)1 tsp salt1/8 tsp tumeric1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor until the texture of egg salad. Add vegenaise. Still well. Excellent for sandwiches, on toast for breakfast and sandwiches in general

Can add 1/2 tsp of powered mustard if desired. I like it in the recipe
