Ingredients:Sweet Harvest Chopped Tomatoes, 400 gram(s)Garlic, 1 clove*Harissa, 1 tbs 15 gram(sSoup, bouillon cubesBeans, red kidney, 400 gramsChickpeas (garbanzo beans), 400 grams*corriander fresh, 1 cupCouscous, 100 grams*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Fill kettle and bring to boil. Place saucepan over high heat, add toms,garlic,harrisa and stock pot/cube, and stir to disolve or soften. Drain kidney beans & chickpeas add to the pan then stir well. Add one Litre of boiling water to pan, then after stirring take off heat and blend. Return pan to heat and cook for 3 mins, chop corriander whilst waiting. Add couscous to pan and cook for one minute before adding corriander and lemon juice to taste. Season to taste.
