Super-Simple Roasted Brussel Sprouts

1- 10oz container fresh brussel sproutsPAM (or any brand oil spray)1 tsp. salt1tsp. ground black pepper
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
1.) Cut off ends of brussel sprouts
2.) Cut sprouts into quarters and put into large mixing bowl.
3.) Spray sprouts just enough to lightly coat and toss (so all sprouts will get some oil)
4.) Sprinkle salt and pepper on sprouts and toss again (so all sprouts get some seasoning)
5.) Spread sprouts on a baking sheet (do NOT spray/coat/oil.. it's not necessary!!) so they are not touching each other.
6.) Bake for 10 minutes or until just getting browned/toasted.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Servings
