Red Bean and Feta Cheese Salad

Ingredients
14 ounces canned red beans (or bean of choice) - rinsed3 ounces feta cheese1 cup celery chopped5 scallion stalks chopped1 cup sweet red peppers chopped 1 sprig fresh dill chopped2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (good quality)Lemon JuiceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse beans under cold water
Chop veggies
Chop dill

Combine everthing in a bowl. Salt and Pepper to taste.
