Broccoli Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing

Ingredients
Ginger Miso Dressing:1/4 Cup Miso Paste1/2 tsp Sesame Oil1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbsp Aji Mirin3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp Lemon Juice4 tsp Brown Sugar3 tsp Ground Ginger1/4 tsp Garlic PowderBroccoli Salad:3 Cups Broccoli Florets, chopped small1/2 Cup Green Onion, Sliced Diagonally1/4 Cup Carrots, Grated1/2 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts1/4 Cup Raisins2 Slices Turkey Bacon, Chopped fine1 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions
Dressing:

Mix together the Miso Paste, Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Aji Mirin, Rice Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice then run through a fine strainer to remove any large particles of soy bean, ginger or lemon pulp.

Mix the brown sugar and garlic powder into the Miso paste mixture then set dressing aside to rest while you prepare the salad.

Salad:
Mix all salad ingredience together in a large bowl then blend in salad dressing. Toss with sesame seeds and keep chilled.
