This feeds my family of 4 and then we have left overs for the freezer. I figured it was about 15 servings.
I brown the beef and cook the onions with it. Then add the beef broth and the veggies cut into bite size pieces. Let these cook about 2 hours, season to taste. Then add the noodles at the end and let boil for about 15 mintues.
Serve with a salad for a whole meal.
