Two Pizza Crusts (16 servings - 8 per pizza)

2½ cups Bob’s Redmill GF Flour½ cup garbanzo bean flour1 tablespoon xanthan gum1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons chopped dry or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or basil, optional2 packets instant active dry yeast1⅓ cups warm water2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1) Heat oven to 450 degrees
2) Mix flours, xantham gum, salt and spice in bowl
3) Add yeast to warm water, and then add olive oil, honey and vinegar
4) Combine all ingredients and mix well
5) Split into two, cover and let stand for 40 minutes until dough has doubled
6) On a well greased pizza pan, take half of dough and flatten out with hands using water to not make dough stick to hands
7) Bake for 12 minutes until a light gold color
Serving Size: Makes 2, 12 inch crusts
