Ingredients
3 large baked potatoes1/2 cup sour cream1/2 tsp black pepper1 tbsp garlic salt with parsley1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 8"x10". Cut previously baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers into bowl, add 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 tsp leper, 1 tbsp garlic salt with parsley. Scoop into potato shells. Form shallow indent on top. Fill top with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400* for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, each is 1/2 of a large potato
