Ingredients
2 eggs1/8 cup shredded cheeseVeggies (I calculated this recipe with chopped onions as the only add-in, but often add bell peppers and/or a couple tablespoons chopped ham or turkey)
Directions
Whisk ingredients together in 2-cup measuring cup. Pour into zip-lock baggie. Place in boiling water; boil for13 minutes.
