Jen's French Toast

Ingredients
3 whole eggs1 cup soy milk2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients except bread, dunk bread until well-soaked in egg mixture, then cook on a pan on the stove until golden on one side and flip, cooking until golden on the other side. Serve with yogurt and berries.

Serving Size: makes 8 pieces of French toast
