Mock Potato Salad (Cauliflower Picnic Salad)

Ingredients
6 cups frozen cauliflower, cooked and cooled1/2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese1/2 cup bacon bits1/4 cup small stalk celery, chopped1/4 cup green pepper, chopped1/4 cup red onion, chopped1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar1/2 C greek yogurt1 Packet Kraft Good Seasons Mix 1 TBSP dijon mustard2 Dashes Louisana Hot Sauce
Directions
Mix together cauliflower florets, cheese, bacon bits, celery, green pepper, red onion, and pickle relish. In a seprate bowl combline remaining ingredients (greek yogurt, mayonaise, Kraft Good Seasons mix, dijon mustard, and louisana hot sauce. Pour sauce over salad and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
