Low Sugar, Flax Banana Bread (no eggs)

Ingredients
.5 cup butter.25 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla1TBS Flax meal2TBS water.25 cup applesauce1 cup flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt.5 cup chopped walnuts3 medium bananas
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Grease laof pan if needed.
Cream butter and sugar together
Add flax, water, vanilla and blend
Add white flour, wheat flour, baking soda and salt and mix.
Mash banana and chop walnuts, then blend in with mix, without over doing it.
Pour into loaf pan and bake on 350 for 60 minutes
