1 cup water1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder1 tablespoon sugar free instant vanilla pudding powder1/2 teaspoon banana flavoring1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring3/4 teaspoon flax oil1 teaspoon vanilla1 extra small banana1 tablespoons walnuts6-8 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender. Place lid on and pulse a couple of times. Then blend until smooth.
