Southwest Egg Rolls

Ingredients
Flour tortillas (10)1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 # boneless skinless chicken breast4 tsp. taco seasoning3/4 pkg frozen SW veggie mix
Directions
Heat frying oil in pan.
Mix cheese, chicken, and veggies with taco seasoning.
Roll 2 tablespoons of mix in each tortilla.
Fry (seam side first) on stove until light golden brown.
Serve with guacamole. (not included in nutrition info.)
